{March 18, 2009}   I worked out!

Honestly, today I can definitely say “I worked out”!
As Josh put it: You did a damn gym rotation. LOL!
15 minutes of flexibility training [included some yoga]. Then 15 minutes of lower body training.
Ate a bit of snacks, and then did my fitness challenge [every 10 work-outs]. Didn’t do as well as I did last time but I’m satisfied.
Then, I went to do only 15 minutes of arms and accidentally did 30 minutes.
